The name Allister combines the names of the founders’ great-grandparents, Alexander and Ester. Their son, the founders’ father, immigrated to Canada with nothing and went on to build one of the country’s largest development companies. That legacy of resilience and building continues today through The Allister Group, creating homes and communities where families and investors can build legacies of their own.
As a vertically integrated developer, The Allister Group oversees every step of a build, from land acquisition and planning to design, construction, and customer care, ensuring consistency, precision, and reliability in every project.
